We are currently recruiting for Full time and Part time Sales Associates to join our store team at our Crown Melbourne Salvatore Ferragamo Boutique.
As a Sales Associate your main focus will be to offer clients the highest standard of customer experience. Establishing a special long lasting relationship with our customers through educating them on the quality and style of our products is our daily mission. You will be creating a privileged experience by ensuring the highest professional standards in:
- Product presentation, handling every product with care and in an elegant manner
- Customer service, including shoe fitting and advising customers on international fashion trends
- Store visual merchandising ensuring our product is displayed according to company standards
- Organising the stockroom and the "behind the scene".
The ideal candidate will be someone who
- Has 1+ years' experience within a luxury retail brand
- Is available weekdays as well as weekends (essential for all positions)
- Is looking for a long-term career within the luxury retail industry
- Is focused on developing a strong client base and committed to providing the highest level of customer service
