The Role
Our Retail Advancement team provides our Store Partners with support unparalleled in the retail industry, enabling them to maximise the performance and profits of their stores. Our Victorian team is a high-performing and enthusiastic group that is dedicated to driving our business forward through their well-established working relationships. We are currently looking for a talented Regional Relationship Manager Designate to join this dynamic team, who will work collaboratively with their peer group to deliver strategies in the VIC/TAS region.
As a Regional Relationship Manager Designate, you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with Store Partners to develop site specific performance goals and tailored support
- Improving customer experience through a focus on operational excellence in store
- Building and maintaining effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and relevant departments
This role is the first step in a career in retail advancement within Specsavers and as such you will be afforded dedicated mentoring and coaching to facilitate your development.
About You
Reporting to the Divisional Relationship Manager, you will possess the following traits:
- A career within the retail industry specifically in Retail Operations or multi-site management would be desirable
- Previous experience in a Franchise business model and/ or management experience in an Optical Retail Business is highly desirable
- Ability to interpret Profit and Loss data to provide support for store performance
- Responding to market place dynamics at local and national level
- Strong communication and written skills with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
