About the business and the role:
As part of increased business demands and new growth our client is now seeking to appoint an additional people to assist with the ever increasing workload. This is a unique role working with this large and stable organisation.
Based in various locations across Sydney, working Monday to Friday 5am to 2pm. They are looking for a down to earth additional team members that can demonstrate great customer service skills, leadership and a solid understanding of supermarket and retail environments.
This role is a stepping stone into a junior project management position.
The role:

Address incoming calls from customers to facilitate, coordinate, or give direct responses as required.

Communicate customers' requirements to operations
- Assess and plan a successful project
- Work toward and manage strict deadlines
- Plan and work with budgets efficiently
- Ensure all client service guidelines and standards are met
- Offer advice and problem solving initiatives to your teams
- Staff / team member management - timesheets, compliance etc.
- Have layout and planogram knowledge - merchandising THIS EXPERIENCE WILL BE HIGHLY REGARDED
Skills required:
- Proven customer service experience within the SUPERMARKET ENVIRONMENT
- Excellent telephone manner
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent time management
- High IT competency including Excel, Word and Outlook
