The Company
We are an established business based in the Western Suburbs
The Position
You will be a key member of this small team. This role is part time (2-3 days per week). We can offer flexible work hours for the right person. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively. You must have exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage the demands of this busy role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review stock and sales on a weekly basis
- Manage OTB/Buying Plan for business
- Seasonal analysis of brands and styles and develop plan for new season. This is to be prepared by store and built up to a consolidated figure.
- Review stock performance and instigate marketing initiatives as required
- Prepare supplier orders. Determine quantities/size ratios etc
- Seasonal forecast updates of sales and margin based on stock performance and advise FInance Manager of changes to ensure company forecasts are in line
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a hard working, enthusiastic person who is highly organised and result driven. We also require someone who has an attention for detail and strong analytical skills. They must be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Retail experience is essential in a similar role.
