Our client’s Sydney team are currently recruiting for an exceptional Store Manager to be responsible for training, development and overall management of a dynamic store team.

The Role
As a Store Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Analyse sales reports and data
  • Set goals and KPIs for the team
  • Motivate and inspire the sales and customer service team
  • Manage customer escalations quickly and effectively
  • Support, implement and provide follow-up for all training

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following:
  • Experience from a high end sales environment
  • Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional management and coaching skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual abilities are highly regarded
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred
