Our Grafton store is currently looking for a casual sales associate to join their friendly team, learn the jewellery industry and be rewarded for their drive and enthusiasm.
The role:
As a casual sales associate you will be selling premium jewellery, watches and giftware to our loyal customers. You will be a valued member of the team, participating in training and team meetings to ensure you deliver a memorable customer experience and meet your sales performance targets.
What we're looking for:
We want the best! We are seeking exceptional sales people who thrive in a retail environment with sales targets and KPIs. You will be someone who genuinely enjoys getting to know your customers, so you can understand their needs and exceed their expectations. Jewellery experience is preferred but not essential - we are happy to teach you! All you really need is a passion for jewellery and an eagerness to learn.
Flexibility is essential. We work across 7 days so availability on weeknights and weekends is required with any extra availability throughout the week highly regarded.
