We now have an exciting opportunity for experienced Women's Wear Development Buyer (Apparel) to join our team based in Leichhardt. Reporting to the Head of Buying - Adults, you will take the lead in driving the vision for the department by;
- developing product ranges that meet our customer profile
- managing your OTB in conjunction the Womens tops planner
- successfully negotiate and source EDLP product from local and international suppliers
- drive profit targets
- monitor industry trends and develop action plans
- ensure all product meets quality standards
- coach and mentor team members.
To ensure your success, you will have an established employment history working in womens apparel, tertiary qualifications in a related field, demonstrated capability to deliver results, ability to manage & influence change, proven strategic ability to implement initiatives targeted for customers, a passion for product, strong time management skills and a flexible attitude.
