About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a STORE MANAGER to drive the sales of the Chadstone store.
With a key focus being to drive and manage a great team of retail salespeople, my client is looking for someone with an energetic management style to take charge of this store and drive it to continued success while earning fabulous monthly bonuses!
You will be experienced in high volume retail and stock control. You will also have worked with KPI's and have a proven record of achieving targets.The best things about this store management role is that you are able to treat this like your own business and contribute to the recruitment of your team and growth of the business. This is the perfect opportunity for that Business Leader who shows initiative, confidence and can take any business to the next level.
Skills and experiences required:
- A proven track record of retail Store Management experience in a sales/retail environment
- High volume management experience with team numbers of 5+
- Ability to manage a team to structured KPIs and budgets
- A positive attitude and high energy level
- Full exposure to P&L
- The ability to control, GP%, Wages and stock levels
- Merchandising flair to ensure the store is always looking sharp
- A genuine passion for retail and inspiring your team from the front and by example at every occasion
- A strong sales drive and ability to build a strong repeat business as well as offer exceptional service at every occasion
