Your new company
An Australian business within women's apparel priding themselves on the highest quality of European fabrics, boasting over 12 stores nationally with their plans for expansion they are seeking an experienced Nation Retail Manager.
Your new role
You will report to Directors in ensuring that all stores run effectively and efficiently. On a daily basis your role will
involve:
- Instilling the highest level of customer service and sales culture in every store and team member.
- Overseeing, motivating and driving the regional and cluster managers to achieve the best results.
- Implementing and overseeing sales and salary targets.
- Training and developing teams with Regional managers and Store Managers.
- Overseeing company retail practices, reporting back to Managers to ensure relevant training and development is being driven across stores.
- Recruitment of all store and regional staff.
- Travel to 1-2 stores per day by leading from the front in driving sales.
This is an operational role with little reporting and the main focus in being developing and mentoring at regional and store level.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience in successfully reaching sales targets, staff retention and running ten plus stores. You will also have a full drivers licence and availability to travel ;interstate when required.
