Our client is a past paced fashion retailer who is seeking a experienced high volume and fun Assistant Manager to join their successful store located on Spencer Street.
In this role you will be required to lead, drive and support the team while working closely along side the Store Manager. You will lead by example in delivering the highest level of customer service from greeting the customer to store standards. Your attitude will be very sales driven, with a passion for driving them sales and maximising profitability amongst the team! You will see yourself working in a team environment where hard work is recognised! An most of all wear casual/ comfortable on trend clothes to work! TRACKIE IT UP!
Skills and experiences required:
- Similar experience managing a successful team within a high volume fashion retailer
- Proven experience in mentoring and leading your team towards high achieving outcomes
- Strong ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skills
- Management of profit & loss, wages and budgets
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stock
- Experience in reaching, driving and exceeding KPI's and sales targets
- Demonstrating creative visual merchandising skills to ensure store display attracts customers
- Managing team performances; including monitoring sales and performance indicators
- Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers
