A great opportunity is available for an experienced Store Manager at our Australian Geographic Knox Westfield store. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic leader who can demonstrate proven experience in driving profitability, retail merchandising, operational excellence, outstanding customer service and inspirational leadership. 
  
Reporting to the Regional Manager, your role will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience with a unique and iconic retailer within a fast-paced sales focused environment. A high level of merchandising skill and experience is a must, with an attention to detail and ability to progressively react to changing stock varieties and levels.
 
You will be required to lead and develop a team of individuals, role model our culture and focuses in store and develop these values with your team.
 
Along with previous leadership experience you will also need to:

• Possess strong business acumen
 
• Be a great communicator
 
• Be a coach, trainer and mentor to others
 
• Be energetic, innovative and creative
 
This is a role with a high level of responsibility and autonomy. You must be determined in achieving success, willing to adapt and change with the business as it evolves and react to these changes quickly and successfully.
