We are on the hunt for an outstanding Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manage at our Michael Kors South Wharf DFO store!
So what are we looking for? You would ideally be...
- Experienced in managing or supervising a fast paced, luxury or premium customer service-focused business
- Familiar with standard retail KPIs
- Experienced in developing and training your sales team
- Have a positive and engaging nature - culture is important to us - our teams work hard and support each other and enjoy what they do
Commerciality, adaptability, passion, communication and emotional intelligence are all must-haves in this role - we need you to deliver a "Wow" experience to each and every customer, every time, whilst improving turnover, market share and developing your team to be able to grow their careers within the Valiram suite of brands.
