We are seeking a full time, permanent Sales Consultant in our Fyshwick showroom.
Our Sales Consultants are professionals in retail sales and experts in our wide range of products. Sales Consultants are good at listening to and understanding our clients' needs and may come from the rehabilitation and aged care industry, retail or other people-focused backgrounds. Reporting to our Lead Sales Consultant, the successful applicant will thrive in team environments and either have strong computer and clerical skills, or the will and the way to develop these with help from our friendly team.
The key responsibilities and tasks of our Sales Consultants include:
- providing informative and helpful product information and sales service to all our clients
- handling telephone and online sales and inquiries
- providing quotes and liaising with the NDIS, commercial sales and DVA support team
- visual merchandising and maintaining outstanding presentation of our products
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- retail sales experience working with products of a more complex nature and/or a health care background which gives them a head start in their knowledge of our products;
- strong IT skills and experience working with a point-of-sale and inventory systems;
- experience working in retail (or other) teams and busy environments;
- demonstrated achievement in putting customers first.
The remuneration is a salary comprising 38 hours a week plus reasonable additional hours. Fll time Sales Consultants are rostered from 9 to 2 every second Saturday at FTE hourly rates plus penalties.
