Opportunity for an Experienced Operations Manager to join our Team!
PDW Australia is an industry leader in Aftermarket Alloy Wheels with a strong National presence supplying Major Tyre & Wheel retailers across Australia.
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ proven success in a similar role, to join our Management Team and Lead our Melbourne office, located in Campbellfield.

- Acts as a role model to others, encouraging collaboration amongst team, whilst ensuring high standards are always maintained.
- A solid understanding of Budgets and able to read a P&L report.
As the Operations Manager reporting to the GM your ultimate responsibility will be to Drive Performance, Achieve results and Business Objectives (OKR).
On a daily basis you will be the driving force that motivates and manages the performance of approximately 8 FTE consisting of 3 internal Account personnel, 1 Commercial/Marketing Manager, 1 Logistics Manager, 1 Warehouse Manager & Assistant & 2 Finance personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, Mentor & Support the Existing Team in all departments
- Set KPI’s and Drive results daily, weekly & monthly reporting
- Facilitate and manage the team to execute Sales/Marketing strategies
- Complete business planning & forecasting to meet Budgets
- Meet & exceed company & office KPI’s and expectations
- Recruit, mentor and grow the team – We want you to build your own success!
- Conduct Weekly 1:1’s and ongoing succession planning
- Work with Sales/Marketing team to capture best leads and distribute them through the team
- Devise & Facilitate internal Training Sessions to strengthen key areas
- Manage and oversee all compliance
- Reporting directly to the general manager & management within the business
