We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate, engaging & personable with exceptional customer service and sales skills!
You'll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. Majura Park Location

You'll be responsible for all aspects of the stores operations including:

• Stock controls, merchandising 
• Sales and customer service
• Staff training & development
• Open/Close procedures
• Managing OHS 
• Managing KPIs & targets

Is this you?

• Do you have 2-3 years Retail Management experience?
• Sales and customer service focused, ability to identify opportunities?
• Have you got proven results in driving sales and achieving your budgets?
• Can you train, develop and mentor a team and lead them to success?
