We are actively seeking a casual Sales Advisor for 3 shifts per week at our Canberra Airport store. If you have a passion for sales and want to work within an awesome company, keep on reading
About the role
Located in our Canberra Airport store, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Providing the best service to each and every customer
- Developing strong product knowledge of allocated range
- Educating customers on range and options
- Quickly identifying customer's needs and coaching them through purchases
- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the success of the team
Hours of work
- Wednesday – 9pm-12am
- Friday – 10am-1pm
- Sunday – 10am–1pm
About you
You understand that customers are often on time constraints at the airport so you're able to build rapport and understand their needs quickly. You enjoy working as a part of a team though adopt a proactive approach and show initiative when appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following experience:
- Strong sales background, ideally in retail
- Customer service focused
- Self-motivated with the drive to succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional approach and exceptionally well groomed
- A reasonable level of physical fitness, as manual handling/heavy lifting will be involved.
Uniform, car parking and an ASIC will be provided to the successful applicant. Employment is subject to an initial and ongoing customs and police clearance. Candidates must hold relevant work rights for Australia.
