As a Customer Service Agent you will play a key role in the online shopping experience for our customers. Using our vans and as the face of Coles you will deliver the online shopping orders to our customers. You will thrive on building customer relationships whilst bringing your passion and enthusiasm to the role.
For this role our Customer Service Agent team have the following:
- The ability to lift up to 17kg on a repetitive basis across your shift.
- Our Customer Service Agents must hold a full, unrestricted Australian Driver’s License with a clean driving history.
- Flexibility with your roster. Be prepared for additional hours and changing shifts times – our shifts operate across the day starting as early as 5am and finishing at 11pm.
- Strong focus on safety in the workplace.
- Ability to assist the Personal Shopper team when required with hand picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery.
