About the role
Sales and Customer Service Tasks
- Drive sales in order to meet sales target
- Provide customers with a high level of service at all times.
- Work in accordance to the company customer service standards and values
- Ensure front and back house areas are well stocked and maintained neatly at all times
- Ensure store is merchandised according to company standards at all times
- Maintain high merchandising values that insure brand integrity
- Follow the merchandising guidelines given by the head office
- Ensure the inventory is placed on the floor in a timely manner
- Receive / prepare products for shelving : anti-theft device, tagging, price verification / manage the reserve stock / perform inventories
