We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an In-store Visual Merchandiser to join our Pacific Fair store!
We're looking for motivational leaders, who radiate style and creativity to represent our Glassons brand. Specifically, we need people who are driven, goal-orientated and passionate about fashion.
Key job responsibilities:
- Setup in store that supports the sell through of product, meet brand standards and that reflect current market trends.
- Maintain the backrooms/stockrooms
- Process all stock with accuracy and urgency
- Translate and adapt store requirements, the customer experience, sales and VM plan into store formats.
- Ensure all merchandising initiatives and standards reflect the Glassons brand and as a result, achieving sales set by the company.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- TUESDAY - SATURDAY roster
- Experience in a fast paced fashion environment
- Creative eye and can do attitude
- Knowledge of fashion trends and styling
- Great time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and committed to a team environment
