We are currently looking for vibrant, motivated and customer focused individuals to join our team in both Centre Manager and Storage Consultant capacity at upcoming locations in the outer suburbs of Newcastle.
Centre Manager
The Centre Manager is responsible for the operational management and overall performance of the Centre. They will ensure it achieves its budgeted goals through effective people management techniques and the provision of outstanding customer service to our new and existing clientele. Reporting to the State Manager, your role will involve a great mix of sales, customer service and team management. The successful candidate must have a strong customer service/sales background, 1-3 years management experience (ideally in a sales driven environment), experience with KPI/budgets and a fun, positive attitude!
Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Customer Service/Sales
- Team Management (small team)
- Monitoring financials and budget of the centre
- Administration and compliance with policy/procedure
- Ensuring the centre is clean and well presented at all times
- Making sure our customers are our best advertisement
Storage Consultant
The Storage Consultant is responsible for supporting the Centre Manager to ensure the centre achieves its budgeted goals and for providing excellent customer service and sales to our new and existing storage customers. This entry-level role into our dynamic business requires no experience in storage - we will provide you with all the training and tools that you need to excel in your role. The successful candidate must have a positive, customer-focused attitude, a basic computer literacy and confidence to engage with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service/Sales
- Completing incidental administration work
- Showcasing the facility to customers
- Ensuring our centres are clean and well presented at all times
- Assisting with achieving monthly sales targets
To be successful for either opportunity you will have:
- A friendly, positive customer-focused attitude
- A reliable, proactive and solution focused approach to work
- Driver's license/car
- Confidence with the ability to engage with our customers
- The ability to work Saturdays as required
