RETAIL MANAGERS
These Retail Management roles are extremely hands on, physically demanding roles. You'll be working in a high volume business with responsibility for all aspects of the stores operations from team leadership, inventory controls, safety, KPI/Target/Budget Management, customer service, shrinkage and everything in between!

• Staff training, development and mentoring, performance review/appraisal
• Stock ordering, replenishment, merchandising, waste management
• Workplace safety
• Ensure KPI/targets are achieved
• Manage store budgets and drive profitability
• Open/close procedures

EXPERIENCE
Attitude is everything! You'll be naturally hard working, self motivated and positive in your approach, not afraid to get your hands dirty and jump right in alongside your team.

Ideal applicants will have

• 3+ years fast paced retail or hospitality management experience
• Proven success in driving KPIs and Target achievement and budget mgt
• A hands on lead by example approach 
• Genuine passion for leading a high performing team 
• Exceptional communication skills
• High energy and ability to priorities and work well under pressure 
• Clear decision making skills
