About the role:
We are currently looking for two experienced Retail Sales Specialist who have a passion for tools & trades. You will be dedicated to working and growing in the industry. Experience selling tools is not essential however will be highly desirable, however you must have experienced with retail sales ideally within a hardware or trades retailer. This role will require you to provide high-quality customer service and contribute to a sales culture in their store located in South Melbourne. Our client's customers are professionals who make a living using quality tools. When it comes to tools they will look to you for professional advice, service and solutions.
Skills and experience required:
- A sound knowledge in tools is a must! Either as a tradie or salesperson!
- Strong levels of customer service and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to work to KPI's and exceed sales targets
- Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable! No two days will be the same!
- To be confident to tell to customers from all walks of life
- You must be passionate, highly motivated, and a real team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication sills
- Weekend availability
