Due to the continuous growth of the company they are now seeking 3 Financial Retail Sales Associates to join branches in their Inner west stores. They need confident, energetic staff to provide customers with a high level of satisfaction through the provision of products and services.

What the position involves:

• Promote and sell the 5 different products in store when customers visit 
• Provide a high level of Customer Service
• Cash handling responsibilites
• Following policies and procedures learnt through extensive training
• Accurately assist with daily accounting duties relating to direct debits, bank deposits, daily cash sheet, foreign currency rate boards or audit checklists
• Working as a team to hit store targets and KPIs

A suitable candidate:

• In store retail experience 
• Friendly and outgoing personality 
• Strong customer service skills
• Willing to learn
• Ability to work using initiative 
• Can work well as a team or individually 
• Proven records at meeting targets and KPI's
• Well presented
