Zone Communications is the largest franchise operator for Optus Retail Stores in Western Australia with 17 Stores, with store locations from South of the River through to North of the River. We are currently expanding and we are always on the look out for quality staff to join our reputable organisation.

What is your role?
As a Store Manager you have to inspire and motivate your team to provide customers with a quality experience in the Optus retail store. You should know your stuff and run an efficient and successful business as though it were your own. You have to maximize your team's performance through your dedication to their personal development and through your natural coaching and mentoring style. You will lead by example at all times and create a fun, inspiring and customer-committed atmosphere in the store.
