About the Role
Working in a small, friendly and experienced team, you will provide exceptional customer service to both our retail and trade customers. Your day will include providing colour advice and matching, tinting and mixing paint, stock management, merchandising and housekeeping. All while maintaining safety as your number one priority! Weekend work may be required.
About You
You're a born salesperson with a natural talent for building rapport and developing customer relationships and delivering excellent service every time. You enjoy a challenge, love problem solving and take a proactive approach to your work. You enjoy contributing to a team environment and you're honest, punctual and reliable. A background in trade and retail paint sales with a paint specialist or in a hardware environment will help to set you up for success and our talented team will help you learn and develop in your role. You will need a current drivers licence for this role.
