Are you an experienced and motivated store manager or a senior 2IC looking to step up with a real passion for retail?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for sport, motivated & a natural leader
• Has prior experience in footwear & apparel retail
• Has the ability to motivate & train a small sales team to achieved desired sales targets.
• Has experience in a fast paced environment..
• Is hands on in their approach to all operations.
• Has high computer competency skills - MYOB Retail Manager experience highly regarded

As store manager you'll be expected to:

• Take ownership of the store in all retail operations
• Drive your team members performance by inspiring them to do their best.
• Drive sales to meet monthly budgets
• Merchandise and manage store operations effectively ensuring that the visual presentation of the store represents the brand image.
• Management of staff recruitment & rosters.
• Manage stock levels and ordering.
• Be available for required weekend work.

An excellent salary is offered in addition to bonus incentives.
