Our funeral home in Noble Park in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne is close to Springvale Botanical Cemetery, formerly known as The Necropolis Springvale, and the crematorium and cemetery facilities at Bunurong Memorial Park in Dandenong South.

We are seeking a Location Manager to lead our location team and drive business operations on a full-time basis. 

Actively engaged in the local community as well as the branch, this role has a strong business development focus and well as ensuring we the provision of a quality service to our client families.

The successful candidate will excel in the following areas:

  • Strong leadership and team skills able to manage, attract, motivate and develop staff as well as actively contributing to the team with branch duties
  • Effectively manage and oversee costs, budgets and maintain high P&L performance
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a proven track record in delivering strong results and financial KPI’s
  • Sound experience in marketing, networking and partnering with local community groups and stakeholders
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with wider internal and external stakeholders for overall service delivery and act as One Team.
  • Be physically fit and able to support funeral operations
  • Be able to work a regular on-call roster, which includes after-hours work and weekends.
  • Have an unrestricted Driver’s license
