The Reject Shop is a well-known and loved Australian discount variety retailer that is ASX listed and we’ve been a part of Australian retail history for over 35 years. We have over 350 stores nationally.
We are currently on the lookout for a Space Planning Analyst to join our friendly and hardworking Operations team based at our Store Support Centre in Kensington, Melbourne. This position will report directly to the Retail Space Manager.

- Maximise sales and maintain visual appeal to ensure an exciting and convenient in store experience

Our Performance
- Focus on developing effective merchandising strategies and standards
- Creating and maintaining cad plans (Auto Cad) for each new, refit and existing stores
- Maintaining presentation levels for basic and replenishment lines
- Assisting in the development of new merchandising opportunities
- Ability to develop, plan and implement in store displays and planograms (Spaceman)
Qualifications, Key Skills and Attributes:
- Retail experience within the Discount Department/Variety Store market
- Intermediate computer skills – Advanced Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Business maturity / acumen, confidence and a high degree of personal motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with Adobe creative suite, Spaceman Connectivity and Auto Cad
