About the role:
Due to our clients success they are now on the look out for two Department Managers for their Doncaster store. Seeking one Children wear and one Woman's wear Department Manager to join their brand and fun team! Reporting to upper management you will lead your department from the front and continue it's successful history by achieving their achievable store budgets and kpi's.
Essential for this role is experience from a previous Management or a Shift Supervisor experience within a high turnover store to make your new role a smooth and successful transition! You will live and breath high quality clothing that is simple yet stylish and enjoy creating looks ensuring that all of your customers walk out feeling impressed and refreshed!
Skills and experiences :
- Retail Management or Shift Supervisor experience in a high volume and fast paced store
- The ability to inspire, lead and manage a team
- Strong apparel experience and passion - Fashion forward presentation
- A non-stop drive to reach and exceed company targets
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Experience with monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
- An eye for styling and detail to uphold our high visual merchandising standards
- Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management skills
