You are a fun, energetic, passionate and self-motivated Manager, who must have:

• 2 years retail management experience  leading teams in skincare or consultative sales environment.
• Drive with passion for creating luxury in-store experiences with clientele.
• Proven track record of growing and managing a business.
• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a high-performance team through effective coaching, mentoring and leading by example.
• A proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyse financial information and reporting.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• Stock management and inventory control experience.
• A solid understanding of team rostering and wage analysis.
• A strong connection to our brand – vision and mission.
