Our client is one of Australia's leading suppliers of Automotive aftermarket parts and equipment with a strong national footprint of distribution. They distribute, market and sell direct to garages, workshops and OEM Customers.
Due to their rapid growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their large branch in Botany.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Foster a team environment by training, motivating and mentoring staff
- Achieve sales goals relative to store targets
- Develop a strong product and range knowledge
Personal Qualifications
- Must have at least three years Store Manager experience in the automotive parts industry or similar
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A team player and must possess sound computer skills
- Effective communication skills;
