Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional General Manager of New South Wales you will primarily be responsible for the execution of the Company’s strategy across an assigned number of stores. The role works to ensure the achievement of business outcomes in the assigned area through the leadership and guidance of Business Managers and store team members.
- Following company strategy to ensure achievement of business outcomes
- Responsibility of a designated area regarding profit, achievement of sales targets, wage control and managing other expenses to the business.
- Monitoring business performance
- Driving sales whilst coaching teams in performance
Your Attributes
- Minimum 2 years Area or Multi Site Management
- Experience in leading, coaching & developing a sales teams
- A strong commercial focus
- Sales leadership - results driven
- Delegation & Time management
- Strong business acumen
