About the role

The main things that you would be doing include:

  • Customer Service
  • Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
  • Preparation of Client correspondence
  • Preparation of invoices and following up on payments
  • General administration support

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales/customer service role.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Reliable, hardworking & honest with a mature approach.
  • Drivers Licence is essential
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays.
