Due to Company Centre expansion our Brisbane Metro area, we currently have an opportunity for a self motivated Full Time Store Manager for our Brisbane Metro area.
The position of Store Manager at Kennards Self Storage is one of leadership, operational and sales responsibility of the centre, while always promoting the 'can do' culture of success and results.
You are the driver of the revenue and service, working cooperatively with your team to maximise centre performance in both of these key areas.
Your daily responsibilities will include revenue targets, managing existing customer relationships, sales leads, property presentation and cleanliness standards and repairs and maintenance.
As the successful applicant, you will have the following :
- Previous experience working and leading in a Retail or sales environment
- Proven experience inspiring a team; 5 years +
- A passion for customer service
- Experience with commercial decisions and outcomes
- Experience in implementing business improvements
- Enthusiasm and Self Motivation
- Results focused
