Career Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for a strong motivated DFO Store Manager for our clients Casuarina Store. In this role you will report directly to your Area Manager and work with them to implement an exciting and motivating culture that screams team work. Being in a premium location you will be responsible for store performance and the implementation of the brands training and development programs. It is important that you live and breathe this trendsetting brand and look for opportunities to grow brand awareness within the WA market.
Responsibilities:
- At least 3+ year's previous Store Management experience.
- A driven and motivated attitude to be successful and make a difference.
- An understanding that the staff are the most important asset in the business.
- Understand the importance of creating a great culture that is founded through open lines of communication.
- Nurture and develop a team environment founded through the values of the business.
- Constantly develop all team members for future growth and personal development.
- DFO Volume of stock.
Experience:
- Driving Sales & KPI's.
- Action Team Training and Development.
- Leading Customer Service.
- Store Presentation.
- Inventory Management.
- Overseeing security and loss prevention.
