• Managed a team of up to 15 staff  
• Strong leadership, driving from the front & coaching staff 
• With an eye for detail & passion for customer service 
• Ability to manage stock levels, reporting activity, KPI's and staff performance.
• Setting budgets, delivering on service and also develop a lucrative client base.
