About the Role:
As the Supervisor your key focus will be helping drive and manage this exceptional team of retail sales superstars! You will be a strong sales person knowing how to sell luxury products and manage a client list of VIP's with world class customer service.
Skills and experiences:
- Management Experience in a high end luxury background is essential
- Experience managing a team of 15+ in a fast pace high end environment is a must!
- Ability and proven track record in sales, leading and developing strong sales teams
- Highly organised with great time management and communication skills
- A consultative sales process with focus on growing client bases
- Strong Visual Merchandising skills
- Strong business acumen and commercially savvy
- Fashion forward - You are the face of this brand!
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Have the ability to build and co manage a standout team!
- You will love and live for the finer things and have outstanding immaculate presentation.
