Essential skills required:
- Must have proven sales and minimum 3 years experience in management as Store Manager and minimum 2 years sales experience for Sales Assistant
- Must have strong work ethic and deliver expected KPIs
- Must be able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments
- Able to communicate clearly (written and verbal) with all customers, staff and management
- Strong selling techniques and experience delivering high-level customer service
- Must be able to show initiative to develop store and team according store/ management/ customer needs
- Excellent skills in inventory management
- Able to perform under pressure
- Can maintain merchandising standards to maximize sales
- Is a team player and leads by example
- Can manage a high traffic of customers
- Follows company standards and procedures
- Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
