About the business:
Exciting new retail homeware and gift store is opening up in Warwick.
We are looking to hire a full team of new members including Manager, 2nd in charge and team members to join the store.
Store Manager: Full-time
Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Business owners your key responsibilities will be:
• To give each customer a excellent shopping experience
• Analyse and organise stock levels
• Manage, support and develop a team
• Own the shelf via effective shelf management and out of stock reduction strategies
• Monitor and provide feedback to Team Members, ensuring they are maximising sales
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in managing a store to success
- Passion about self- and team development
- Proven ability to deliver excellent operational management
- Merchandising experience
General Staffs: Part-time/Casual
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Displaying and restocking stocks
- Keeping store tidy and clean for good presentation and display
- Merchandising to maximize in store exposure
- Cash Handling
- Relevant experience in a retail / supermarket sales environment preferred
- Strong customer service ethic
- Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
