ABOUT THE ROLE
The role sees you across all functions for Customer Service and Administration across online, retail and wholesale functions. You will be a Brand Ambassador and liaise with customers, key accounts and department stores, stylists and PR agencies, both in person and over the phone. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will also be responsible for the overall smooth running of the office and showroom, and providing support across all departments.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3 years related customer service experience
- Experience using Business inventory management system ( Ideally CIN7 )
- Understanding of processes for servicing major retailers
- Ability to problem solve and attention to detail
- Proven track record in ability to work autonomously and multi task
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service is a MUST!
