My client is looking for qualified butchers that believe in great customer service. They want to bring families together, supports communities, and gives farmers a means.
With over 22 stores and growing we are looking for a Butcher Store Manager to manage one of our stores on the north side of Sydney. You will need to be passionate and want a career with this amazing company.
The role:
- To talk to customers about products and give them knowledge
- be responsible for ensuring your store is operating efficiently
- to achieves it results.
- to increase sales of the store and identify areas of improvement and cost reduction.
- preparation and presentation of fresh meat products.
- ensure all areas of food safety & licensing are adhered to.
- product management
- Financial & Management Control
- training & development
- Inventory Management
- Create a great culture for staff
- resolve any issues promptly and offer great customer service.
You will have:
- 5 years experience as a butcher and leading a team
- understand cost control
- be a mentor and be able to train your team
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- be hands on and have a can do attitude
- be into the fresh food business and have the passion for the role
- experience in a quality foods
- There is weekend work and long hours but the rewards are great !
