We are seeking a dynamic Location Manager for our White Lady Funerals location at New Farm, QLD on a full-time basis. 

White Lady Funerals has been supporting families across Australia for over 20 years. It is a proud brand under InvoCare, an Australian owned company and industry leader that owns and operates funeral homes and cemeteries and crematoria across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

Actively engaged in the local community, the Location Manager will have a strong business development focus, be results orientated and ensure the provision of a quality service to our clients, embracing and advocating the company culture and brand standards. 

The successful candidate will excel in the following areas:

  • Proven ability to manage operations in finances, marketing, human resources, assets, and facilities
  • Effectively manage costs and maintain high P&L performance
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a proven track record in delivering strong results and financial KPI’s
  • Great experience in marketing and networking to the local community
  • Strong capability in people management skills, able to effectively manage a team and to attract, motivate, develop and retain high performers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate upwards to CEO and outwards to the team
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be physically fit and able to support funeral operations
  • Availability to work occasional after hours and weekends
  • Unrestricted Driver’s license
  • Current Justice of the Peace or eligibility to become a Justice of the Peace
