Purpose of the Role

We currently seek a motivated and experienced Store Manager for Aesop Bondi Junction. This position is full-time with working days from Tuesday to Saturday.

The Store Manager is responsible for budgeting, store-specific marketing, and building the store's client base, as well as choreographing the daily activities of a team of passionate and dedicated Retail Consultants. You will be a skilled professional and be able to grace this role with diligence, passion, and élan.

This role will provide an incomparable opportunity for an experienced manager to further develop their skill set. You will possess a high standard of organisation, time management and commercial capability. You will be responsible for inspiring, coaching and, in turn, the performance and development of their Staff. An ability to create a unique Aesop experience with core customers will be important, along with creating key relationships with stakeholders and neighbourhood businesses.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous retail experience in management or assistant management of a store, with products requiring specialist knowledge and demonstration-based sales techniques,
• Outstanding communication and people management abilities,
• Computer literacy (MS Office),
• Demonstrated problem solving skills,
• A genuine dedication to retail and the ability to work autonomously.
