About the Role
In your role as a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and professional service at the registers. You will be required to assist in daily cash management routines including banking and cash clearances and the managements of refunds and overrides. You will also be required to uphold the maintenance of the store to comply with Work Place Health & Safety policies and procedures, whilst adhering to TK Maxx Standards.
This is a full-time position based at our new Brisbane store.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Processing sales and returns
- Cash management including banking and cash clearances
- Store maintenance procedures
- Cooperatively work in a team environment
Skills/Experience
- Previous retail fashion experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs
- Experience in a high-volume retail environment
- Sales and service skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
