An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Full Time Assistant Store Manager for R&E Auto Parts located at our Heidelberg store.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead, develop and coordinate a team of retail and trade specialists, ensuring a safety-first approach. You will ensure financial management and operational standards are second to none, and you will drive store KPIs through effective communication and motivational techniques within your team. Managing commercial relationships with your key customers will be pivotal to the success of helping to run your store.

You will consider yourself to be a proactive and driven individual who leads by example, demonstrating a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and customer service excellence.
In addition you will have:
- Branch / store assistant management experience ideally working in automotive stores
- Demonstrated experience assessing your store's P&L (operating report), rosters and budgets
- Worked within a team to deliver results
- Be comfortable liaising and building relationships with customers and company stakeholders
- Worked towards KPIs and targets at a fast pace
- A passion for the automotive industry
