About the role

We are currently searching for a motivated and well organised individual to join the Red Rooster team. Success in this role lies in partnering with our Franchise Partners to develop and execute on sales, profit and operational standards.
   
Reporting directly to the State Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance, partnering and support to our Franchise Partners to improve and grow their businesses in the Brisbane region. You’ll provide coaching on all aspects of their restaurants including business and profitability growth, financial analysis, workplace health and safety and holistic business planning. You’ll also provide guidance on effective management of restaurant employees including how to achieve and maintain optimum staffing and management levels, rostering, managing employee performance and succession planning. On a broader scale you’ll drive and promote a culture of 100% employee and Franchise Partner engagement throughout your territory. With an understanding and knowledge of the operation and management of a fast food environment you’ll ensure our stores are operating at the top of their game. As part of this you’ll undertake regular audit and compliance reviews to assess performance against key areas including hygiene, food safety, WH&S, operating procedures, maintenance, training and customer service.
    
About you

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a proven track record and success in a similar role in a QSR or casual dining environment. Alternatively, applicants with FMCG, Hospitality or B2B experience are also encouraged to apply.  Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or Human Resources would be highly regarded with exceptional interpersonal, influencing and business partnering skills.  You’ll have a proven track record of coaching and leadership and be able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels. Your financial acumen will also be sound with an understanding of cash flows, business plans and P&L's to a balance sheet level. Finally, your enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude, proactive nature and ability to work in a fast paced environment will see you thrive as you partner with our stores.
