This is a key role supporting the growing Tigerlily brand! The role of a Tigerlily Assistant Store Manager is to support the store manager, supervising the day to day operations of the store and significantly influencing the drive to exceed sales targets.

THE ROLE
In this role your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist Store Manager to lead and inspire team to deliver outstanding customer service, encouraging new and returning customers
  • Support the Store Manager in managing and maintaining store operational budgets
  • Communicate sales expectations to staff, supporting and motivating them to meet and exceed set targets
  • Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards, including personal and team presentation, to enhance customer experience
  • Assist Store Manager to document and communicate daily sales information & performance factors to Head Office management
  • Supervise operations to ensure individual and store compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, Loss Prevention and Security policies and procedures
  • Personify the Tigerlily Ethos of being Authentic, Honest and Inspiring
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven experience in a volume retail sales environment incorporating front line sales
  • Understanding of human resource and personnel management principles, budget development, target implementation and profitable operation of a retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to deal with a range of staff and customers
  • Capacity to direct, support, advise and motivate staff to produce effective performance
  • Ability to coordinate, report on and action stock management and stock take procedures and practices
  • Excellent time and personal management skills in a dynamic work environment
  • Solid computer skills
  • A passion for our brand and understanding of what it represents to our customers
