Training will be provided to the right candidate
In this role you will be based at the company's store/showroom located in Brunswick. The duties will be included but not limited to:
-
Assist Store Manager in managing all store daily operation tasks including administrative management from initial customer inquiries, processing orders and organising delivery

Processing Point of Sales and counter sales
-
Adhering to health and safety policies and standards
-
Managing inventory, merchandising and stock presentation and minimising loss prevention

Making outbound progress update calls and receiving inbound enquires via email and phone

Liaising with customers, suppliers & various teams in order to deliver customer satisfaction
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
-
A minimum of 1 year working experience in Building (plastering) industry and strong construction knowledge are essential

Work experience within the Plaster Industry would make you more favourable
-
Excellent communication skills to listen, interpret and convey information in a clear and accurate manner

Ability to take direction
-
Flexibility to work overtime when required

Good time-management and organisational skills and capacity to deliver high quality work within agreed time frames
