Lancôme has always epitomized the essence of a contemporary beauty brand; a brand where excellence in skincare, makeup and fragrance go hand in hand! This is a permanent role offering 35 hours per week.

We are looking for an experienced, driven and inspirational leader, who will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the continued retail growth of Lancôme's counter at Myer Carousel
• Coaching and mentoring the on counter team to retail excellence and acting as an educator on all Lancôme products and protocols
• Fostering strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing initiatives and driving negotiations

The successful candidate will need to have demonstrated experience within a retail management position as well as a strong track record of driving and achieving consistent sales results.

In addition to this, the following skills and attributes will ensure your succeed within this position;

• Professional experience and qualifications within Beauty Therapy, Makeup Artistry or similar
• Ability to motivate, inspire and support a diverse retail team within a fast paced environment
• Entrepreneurial , commercial and forward-thinking approach
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Resilience and tenacity
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
