About the role:
We are on the look out for our clients newest Dual Site Concession Manager to step up and take charge of two of this brands successful concessions located in Geelong! Your role as their dual site will see you looking after both ladies & children ranges.
Essential for this role is experience from a previous Retail Management role within a high turnover store to make your new role a smooth and successful transition! You will live and breath high quality clothing that is simple yet stylish and enjoy creating looks ensuring that all of your customers walk out feeling impressed and refreshed!
Skills and experiences:
- Proven ability to managed a large team size and have managed a high turnover in sales
- Structured sales process in a similar industry
- Passion for product and strong leadership
- A lead from the front approach to management
- Store or Concession management experience preferably in fashion or footwear
- A proven track record of people management and development
- Desire to style clients and provide a one of a kind shopping experience
- High results drive in working to budgets and KPI'S
